Delete my account.

You can delete your OnFácil account at any time, from the app itself. Here is the step by step and what happens next.

In the app, in four taps

  1. Open the OnFácil app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile, in the bottom right corner.
  3. Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
  4. Read the notice and confirm with Delete my account.
Before deleting, bring your wallet balance to zero.

Deletion is only completed with no balance in the wallet. Spend the balance on a purchase at any store in the app or transfer it to a friend who also uses OnFácil.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated immediately and you can no longer sign in to the app. Orders, cashback, lucky numbers and referrals are no longer valid. Deletion cannot be undone; to come back, you need to create a new account.

Your data

Registration data and transaction history are kept for the period required by Brazilian law (tax and consumer protection obligations) and then deleted or anonymized. Details are in the Privacy policy (in Portuguese).

No access to the app?

Send an email to contato@onfacil.com.br from the registered email address, with the subject "Account deletion" and the account holder's CPF. We reply within 15 days, as required by the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law).
